YardSaler ("we", "the app") is operated by Justin Torres. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application and related services at yardsaler.net.
DATA
- Account: email, name, photo.
- Content: listings, photos, items, messages, reviews, follows, blocks, searches.
- Location: in-use only, for nearby sales.
- Device IDs: APNs token, OS.
- Purchases: Apple transaction IDs — Apple handles billing.
- Advertising: IDFA via App Tracking Transparency may go to AdMob.
USE
We use your data to operate the app, deliver messages, and send notifications you asked for. We also use it to validate Apple purchases and maintain anonymous usage and crash logs to improve stability. Free users see ads supported by their basic usage data.
SHARING
We don't sell personal data. We share data only with essential providers: Supabase for infrastructure, Apple StoreKit for billing, and AdMob for advertising. Information is also shared as required for legal compliance if necessary.
CHOICES
You control your data. Settings → Delete Account wipes everything from our servers. You can also manage permissions through iOS Settings for notifications, location, and ad tracking, or block any user directly from their profile.
CHILDREN
YardSaler is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in this age group.
