By installing or using YardSaler ("the app"), you agree to these
terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
 
1. THE SERVICE
YardSaler is a free iOS app that lets users post and discover
local yard sales, garage sales, and estate sales. The app is
provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or
that every listed sale is accurate, safe, or legal.
 
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share
credentials. You must be 13 or older to use YardSaler. We may
suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
 
3. CONTENT YOU POST
You own what you post. By posting a listing, photo, message, or
review, you grant YardSaler a license to display it within the
app to other users. You are solely responsible for the legality
and accuracy of what you post. Don't post anything you don't
have rights to share.
 
4. WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Illegal items, services, or activities
- Counterfeits or stolen goods
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Spam, scams, or misleading listings
- Personal data of other people
- Anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property
 
We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
 
5. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS
YardSaler is not a marketplace. We don't process payments, hold
funds, ship items, or guarantee any transaction. Sales are
between buyers and sellers directly. Use common sense, meet in
public when possible, and don't share financial info you wouldn't
share with a stranger.
 
6. PURCHASES IN THE APP
"Remove Ads" and "Boost a sale" are in-app purchases handled by
Apple. All transactions are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds
follow Apple's standard process. We do not store payment
information.
 
7. PRIVACY
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy at
https://www.yardsaler.net/privacy.
 
8. DISCLAIMERS
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE
DON'T GUARANTEE THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, THAT TRANSACTIONS
WILL COMPLETE, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE. USE AT YOUR
OWN RISK.
 
9. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YARDSALER AND ITS
OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, ANY
TRANSACTION FACILITATED BY THE APP, OR ANY CONTENT POSTED BY
OTHER USERS.
 
10. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected
on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of
the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
