How do I delete my YardSaler account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. This action is permanent and wipes all listings and personal data from our servers instantly.
Can I restore my ad-free purchase?
Yes. If you purchased the one-time $4.99 Ad-Free upgrade, you can use the Restore Purchases button in Settings. All transactions are handled by Apple StoreKit and tied to your Apple ID.
Is a precise address required for posting?
To provide accurate mapping, a valid address is required. For privacy, your exact house number is masked on the public map until 30 minutes before your sale begins.
Why is the map empty in my area?
Sales appear based on GPS distance. Ensure your location permissions are enabled. If the map is empty, there are no active listings nearby at this time.
Can I block other users?
Yes. You can block any profile. Once blocked, the user can no longer message you or view your sales. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
